Apple has to deal with a new ban on the sale and import of many iPhone models.
After the new shaky trade relations between China and the United States, it was obvious that the ban was coming after Qualcomm "American microchip maker" filed an injunction in China.
The injunction report that Apple has broken two patents that concern the control of editing/resizing of photos and app management via touchscreen on some iPhone models. The China government has prohibited and make it illegal to sell and import the 6S, 6S Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus and X, excluding the XS, XS Max and XR models from the ban.

About this recent issue, Apple released an official statement on the ban – “Qualcomm’s
effort to ban our products is another desperate move by a company whose illegal practices
are under investigation by regulators around the world.”
